Ultra-thin flexible polyimide substrate with stable conductive performance, high temperature and vibration resistant, widely used in vehicle internal electronic control components.

Material
Substrate uses high temperature resistant polyimide PI film as base material, copper foil circuit layer with immersion gold plating surface, covered with insulating coverlay film. Thin bendable structure, excellent heat and vibration resistance to adapt complex automotive internal installation space.
